ARISS USA Proposal Form

Before you begin filling out your ARISS Proposal, please review the following with your proposal team:

  • Make sure you have a complete understanding of what an ARISS contact is and the educational goals of an ARISS contact. This is an activity for an entire school or organization. You cannot have an ARISS contact for just one class or grade level.
    • Recordings of previous contacts can be found on the ARISS YouTube Channel.
    • The ARISS Proposal guide can be found by clicking the link below.
  • Either watch the recordings of the ARISS Proposal Informational webinar or register and attend the live webinar for your proposal window.
  • Make sure you understand that the most important part of the proposal will carry the most weight during the evaluation process. Your entire school or organization needs to be involved in 4-6 months of lead-up activities and lessons before your ARISS contact. These lead-up activities need to take place in multiple areas of your curriculum, not just one classroom or subject area.
  • Understand that having your proposal accepted is just the beginning of 4-6 months of deadlines and deliverables that will need to be completed in order for your contact to happen.
